Health is the essential foundation for quality of life, success and well-being. In the end, healthy working conditions benefit everyone involved. That is why aixigo, together with Techniker Krankenkasse as a health partner, regularly runs initiatives that promote sustainable employee health.

In response to the pandemic, aixigo AG has succeeded in maintaining the organisation's working capacity with targeted measures such as exercise programmes and workshops on "leading hybrid teams". As a long-standing health partner, TK supports the planning and implementation of targeted health measures and looks forward to further cooperation," says Almut Otte, adviser for prevention and workplace health promotion at Techniker Krankenkasse.
The partnership envisions creating a healthy working environment based on continuous improvement. In addition, it aims to encourage employees to act in a health-conscious manner. Workshops and events are held on topics such as stress management, a subject that has become even more relevant in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
