Aachen, April 2021 – aixigo, the international software provider for digital services in the field of wealth management and investment advisory, and the successful pan-European bank BNP Paribas are shaping the private banking of the future together!
The two companies, BNP Paribas Wealth Management – Private Banking and aixigo, have jointly developed a solution that combines the best of investment advisory and discretionary portfolio management. The new Portfolio Management System is a scalable advisory solution for all wealth management and affluent clients. In addition to comprehensive functionalities, the platform represents a real efficiency gain for BNP Paribas – while simultaneously maintaining a high degree of individualisation for clients. The generation of a MiFID II-compliant suitability declaration is now just a mouse click away. The result is – as desired – excellent service quality and the best possible customer experience.
"Generally spoken, digitisation supports the advisors in their daily business and facilitates processes. Thanks to new digital tools, advisory services can be much more structured and measures can be implemented more quickly. Errors and sources of error are considerably reduced. Hence, we experience an increase of efficiency.", Marcel Becker, Head of Private Banking Germany at BNP Paribas, explains.
Christian Friedrich, CBO at aixigo, adds: "In many of our projects, we have seen an increase in efficiency and quality of advice. In addition, we also improve the client experience. Clients receive high-quality portfolio analysis at the push of a button, and advisors can easily create a detailed investment proposal that takes into account not only the client's individual preferences, but also BNP's extensive research. In addition, our platform keeps a permanent eye on all client portfolios and informs advisors when something important happens. This means that advisors can be much closer to their clients."
